PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION
- Payment Deadline:
All payments must be made in full 48 hours before the scheduled start of the lesson. - Block Booking Policy:
To avail any discounts, all block bookings must be paid in advance. Money paid to Go Auto for prepaid block bookings must be used within six months from your initial payment date. If you decide not to continue lessons within this time, you can request a refund for the remaining funds by contacting Go Auto. However, after this six-month period, no refunds or further lesson bookings can be made using these funds - Cancellation Policy:
You will be held liable to pay for any lessons or test bookings cancelled with less than 48 hours notice. - Punctuality Policy:
In the event of being late for a lesson, the lesson will still conclude at the agreed-upon time. Missed time cannot be rescheduled, nor will the lesson price be reduced. - Sobriety Requirement:
It is essential to ensure that you are not under the influence of alcohol or drugs during a lesson. Please review the labeling on all prescription and non-prescription drugs concerning driving.
TEST CAR HIRE
Terms and Conditions for Car Hire for Test:
The cost of car hire for a driving test at local test centers is a minimum of £135.00.
The package includes the following services:
a. Pick-up one hour before the scheduled test time.
b. Final preparation before the driving test.
c. The provision of the vehicle for the driving test itself.
d. A post-test debriefing session.
e. Drop-off at your home after the test.
Note: Additional charges may apply for services beyond the specified package. Please contact us for further details and availability. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
You are fully responsible for the vehicle during the driving test. In the rare occurrence of a road traffic accident, you will be liable for covering any excess charges.
We retain the right to decline the use of our school’s vehicle for the practical test if we determine that you have not achieved a satisfactory test standard.
